Editor: In Tracy Chamber of Commerce CEO, Mike Schmidt’s article ‘Ballot Box Planning’ published on the back page of Thursday’s Press, Mr. Schmidt mentions a settlement agreement. Now, parties that entered into this agreement are seeking to go back on that agreement with these ballot measures. I wonder how many other agreements they will seek to get out of if one of the measures passes.
