Editor: It has been reported that the CIA is preparing to embark upon a project to report what the Iraqi WMD programs might have looked like had the 2003 invasion of Iraq not occurred. Doesn't it seem silly for an intelligence organization that was unable to acquire the actual facts be involved in what could easily be interpreted as fortune telling? On the other hand, the 'community' seems quite adept at determining what 'might' be the case.
