Editor: In his most recent letter published Friday in the Tracy Press, Tim Michael Case refers to “a madman president showing complete disdain for the United Nations.” I’ve heard this somewhere before, and had to check again to be certain to which country’s president Mr. Case was referring – Iraq, Iran or the U.S.
